MANDATE Funds go to research conducted at the PA Campus which is home to the world's first cancer vaccine, Gardasil, the Australian Prostate Cancer Centre, the Australian Head and Neck Cancer Centre, the Translational Research Institute and so much more. Your funds will well and truly be supporting our best chances of bringing to life the next great medical discovery, which could save the life of someone you love.

Daily our doctors save lives, hundreds, thousands of lives and while they are doing that – they are also contributing to research whenever they can. Sadly more often than not they fall short where funds aren't available to do this clinical research which ends up seeing life-saving ideas taking a backseat.
Without funds from people like you and our community to progress research into this facility global breakthroughs like the cervical cancer vaccine, developed at the PA might not ever see the light of day.

By signing up, you will have created your own MANDATE profile page. This profile page has a unique URL / link that you can share with family, friends and colleagues to encourage donations. We also have a number of fundraising ideas to help you raise money.
On your profile page, people can make a donation through our secure payment gateway using a valid credit card or Paypal.

Yes, the PA Research Foundation is a Health Promotion Charity (HPC) with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status registered under ABN 66 114 027 649 by the Australian Tax Office.

Payment on our site is very secure. Our payments are processed using BraintreePayments, a Paypal company. Processing donations through this platform, we had to ensure we were PCI DSS compliant, which is the utmost level of security when processing payments online. The PCI DSS compliance has been done by SecurityMetrics, leader in the security market.
Our site is also using 256 bit SSL encryption technologies site-wide, which you can see by the green lock in your browser URL bar. We ensure every available effort is made to protect the privacy of the information you provide to us. To the extent we hold such information, we encrypt all email addresses, passwords and other contact details of the Participants or people who make Donations or place Purchase Orders.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal for online donations.
For cash donations, we accept cheques, EFT's and bank transfers.
